After Hours Leadership Connection Forum Presented by Sedgwick
held at: Regovich Catering, located at 33150 Lakeland Blvd in Eastlake

Sponsorship opportunities for chamber members only are now available for our reimagined version of the small business expo.  Join us for an after-hours collaborative leadership networking event on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, from 4 – 6pm. The event will offer networking and a short presentation by Kelly Keefe, President of ERC, HR Advisory Services, with appetizers and a cash bar.

Hear Ms. Keefe speak on “After the Pandemic: Aligning employer needs with employee expectations.” In this session Keefe will use data from thousands of employees to share what they are looking for in today’s workplaces. In addition, this presentation will include benchmarked best practices from leading organizations that contribute to thriving cultures. Organizations that work towards alignment of their culture, policies, and practices are better positioned to reduce turnover and increase engagement. Learn how award-winning organizations are finding ways to attract and retain talent in today’s tight labor market.

Limited sponsorship opportunities are available for members of the three Lake County chamber of commerce only.

Registration for attendees is now open.  Fee is $25 and includes networking, appetizers, and a cash bar.
